Refund policy

At MXN Fourty Frames, each pair of eyewear is carefully inspected before shipping. Because of the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong style or color selected
  • Items that do not fit your preference
  • Regular wear and tear
  • Sale or discounted items

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours
  • You must provide clear photos or videos of the defect
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement of the same item at no cost. If the item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.

Non-Qualifying Issues

We cannot replace items that show signs of:

  • Wear
  • Makeup stains
  • Bent arms/frames due to improper handling
  • Scratched lenses after wear

How to Report an Issue

Email us at hello@mxnfortyframes.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the defect
  • A brief description of the issue
